Office Relocation Project Case Study 

Amway UK, a global leader in health and beauty established in the UK in 1973 as one of the first affiliates to be launched worldwide, and the first in Europe.

Occupying 20,000 sq ft, their UK Head Office at Caldecotte Business Park had a lease end fast approaching providing Amway the opportunity to restructure their business model and space requirements in the UK.

Relocating 52 staff to a single floor of 8,600 sq ft warranted a number of changes within the organisation to ensure the resulting designs supported staff,  their UK business functions and created a flexible working environment to enable future changes as required.

With striking views across Willen Lake our client was looking for a stunning finish while adhering to the Group’s corporate guidelines on design, sustainability and cost control.

Mixing old and new:

The design incorporated a majority of our client’s existing furniture, although key areas were selected to provide corporate identity with a designed contemporary feel. A number of new design pieces completed the overall look and feel.
