Project Overview:

OCTO Telematics approached Rapport Solutions late 2015 to manage and deliver their new Global Head Quarters based in the City of London.

The brief was to accommodate 70 staff within a contemporary environment that reflected the ethos of this visionary business.

The design concept revolved around OCTO’s branding and logo design.   On entering the 8th floor, visitors are greeted with a beautiful reception desk, a bespoke circular ceiling and the latest technology in audio wall systems.  The boardroom has a stunning 22 person board table handcrafted in American oak with credenza’s to match.  Surround sound video conferencing for connection to OCTO’s world partners.

Every detail has been thought through to encourage collaborative communication from the front of house through to the open plan workspace and full height glazed offices.  An impressive T.Point and bar creates juxtaposition between new technology and a restful chill out facility.
