Craft Court in Hammersmith is a unique building constructed in 1976 for Shepherds Bush Housing Community Hub (SBHG).
The office property required significant investment and substantial office refurbishment works to transform the property into a modern, sustainable environment that reflected the group’s high level of services within the local Hammersmith community.
Rapport Solutions were appointed to manage the design development and contract tender process procured under a two-stage tender, providing SBHG cost transparency and control over expenditure.
- Complete strip back to base build
- Replacement of HVAC system
- Replacement entrance doors and exterior refurbishment
- Replacement toilets & wash rooms
- Breakout facilities to support the Training Hub
- Refurbishment and fit out throughout the building
The ultimate design has created a multifunctional space that flows naturally without feeling disjointed across three-floor levels. Working with the building architecture the design utilises space, form, colour, light and graphics to create a state of the art working environment.
