Project Overview

Relocating from their existing offices at Croxley Business Park required a level of management and expertise that controlled project costs through both the design development and contractual tender phases.

TENDER MANAGEMENT:

Rapport worked closely with Thrive Management reporting directly on design development and preparing all forms for tender documentation

Four main contractors were selected following interview and tenders administered through Thrive Homes own secure portal platform.

SITE WORKS: 

Mechanical, electrical and lighting upgrades and internal fit-out works programmed over 12-weeks on site.
