Rapport have recently upgraded workspace accommodation for the Diocese of London.

As Project Managers and Design Consultants we took responsibility for developing our clients design brief into an efficient space plan that maximised both space and natural light.

Project brief

Client: Diocese of London Head Office

Location: Pimlico London

Total Size: 2,600 sqft

Value: £45,000

Floorplan layouts included:

*1 small meeting room | 1 – 1 rooms on both 1^st and 2^nd floors | 26 no workstations | Tea point and break out space

Office Fit-out works included:

*Removal of structural walls to increase space allowance | Partitioning and glazing works | Upgrading air conditioning | Power supplies | Electrics and Data | New Flooring and Decorations throughout

An open book tender process controlled costs through the contract build and we were delighted to deliver the project on both our client’s budget and timescale, completing building works within 4 weeks on an occupied site.
