Rapport’ to manage Mintec UK Office Design & Fit-out Works

Rapport’ have been appointed to manage the Mintec Global office design and relocation fit-project.

Mintec was founded in 1982, since then the organisation has been at the forefront of driving the use of innovative solutions and procurement tools to support the procurement function at both an operational and strategic level.

Working with leading suppliers across the globe in retail, manufacturing, and food service companies like Tesco and Brakes, their clients benefit from their unique statistical information and insightful market analysis that they can provide.

Project Overview

Currently based at Glory Park, High Wycombe the 4-month relocation process will see Mintec move into a 2-storey, 6,864 Sq ft building at Gloucester House, Bourne End, SL8.

The new office will provide predominantly an open-plan environment for all users, catering to people’s different working styles, while leveraging current technology, delivering smart state of the art solutions with an agreed cost and timeline.
